Synopsis: To the world, Yi Lian Kai is a rich playboy who cares very little about his filial responsibilities, compared to his talented elder brothers who falls in love with the daughter of a military officer who has fallen out of favor. Qin Sang, on the other hand is his unwilling bride who he used every means possible to marry, despite the fact that she still harbors feelings for her crush who disappears without a word. In the beginning of this coerced marriage, she rejects all his advances and gestures of love, but they slowly develop a stable partnership through the chaos from the constant battles for land and power between the different warlords. Ep 7 recap: The family are in a chaos as Yan Yun demands for a scholar who scored higher or a similar mark as er father in the civil exam during the late Qin Dynasty to lead the funeral procession. No-one seems to be able to meet the standard in Fuyuan city as Yan Yun’s father achieved a very high score in the exam. In the end, Qin Sang suggested that her father may be able to do take the role as he scored a similar mark as Mr Fan albeit during a different time. To thank her, Yan Yun tells Qin Sang how she spent her childhood with Yi Liankai and “accidentally” reveals that Yi Liankai may have some lingering feelings towards her.

OMG I received an e-mail about the new episode in the middle of the night and I had to really try my best not to watch it at 4AM. I still don’t want to watch it right now because I can’t wait for the subs for the next episode but I am so curious about this episode and OMG the thumbnail pic, IM GONNA CRY

That’s right QS better treasure YLK or else she will regret it later–for YY who yaps so much and is so petty at least she finally said something right! They just have to end this on a cliff hanger darn.
Btw, is YY just being unreasonably demanding or is it required that someone noble holds her father’s memorial tablet? Seems unnecessary but she just want to make it difficult for the Yi family on purpose.
Anyways, does Sun Yi have double eyelid tape on? Lol it keeps looking like she does haha.

That’s what I thought I feel like she purposely makes it difficult on the Yi family because she is a fussy broad lol. Probably despise them for the death of her father especially holding a grudge towards QS not only did QS married her beloved YLK and YY was forced to marry Er Ge but Mr. Fan happens to die after lending Qs a hand. Triple jeopardy triple the hate and trouble!
