Synopsis: Fang Yi Shao is an orphan girl who is a talented chef, but unwittingly gets forced to marry infamous young master Shen Yong as a substitute bride. Coincidentally, Shen Yong had inadvertently saved her from being kidnapped before, becoming her savior. Ep 8 recap: Shen Yong and Yi Shao head to to buy some fish and run into some of Shen Yong’s old cronies. Hearing that Shen Yong will no longer participate in their unscrupulous activities, they force him to pay them a small amount of money in order to go their separate ways. In the end, although Shen Yong and Yi Shao manage to get rid of them, however Shen Yong’s father, Magistrate Shen catches them on the way back, seeing the bruises on Shen Yong’s face, he immediately concludes that Shen Yong must be at fault and punishes him.

I love how cute and adorable Shen Yong is after he married Yi Shao. They are a match-made from heaven. It’s like he cannot do anything or go anywhere without his wifey. They’re besties. Watching him be glued and clingy to Yi Shao makes me want to pray that I get a hubby like him LOL
