Synopsis:A drama adapted from the popular novel by 九鹭非香. After Lu Zhao Yao saves Li Chen Lan, the demon king’s son from the so-called “good” sect of the pugilist world, she sets up her own sect, the Wanlu sect, one that leans towards unconventional sorcery and devilry. Yet when she attempts to retrieve her predecessor’s Wanjun sword, she is ambushed by the 10 immortal sects and dies.

She mistakenly believes that Li Chen Lan, who is her most loyal subject is related to this, especially after he takes her position as sect leader 5 years later and decides to exact revenge. However she is now a spirit, possessing the body of disciple Qin Zhi Yan of the immortal sect and with the help of this new body, she becomes the direct disciple of Mo Qin or Li Chen Lan, her purpose being to kill him. But things don’t go as planned and she falls in love with him instead….

  4. @Productive procrastination subbing team…the legends is one of (if not the most) watched dramas right now, but the rate at which it is subbed is SO SLOW and I know the team can do much better than this.
    I appreciate the work you do, but please try and sub this drama with more episodes (5 or more) per week.

    1. @Productive Procrastination subbing team…for those that want faster subs, perhaps you can provide a link where people/fans can donate money for your time and efforts. Pretty sure you all have your own lives other than translating dramas for free and coffee costs!

    2. How ungrateful! Productive procrastination are subbing for free in their spare team. If not for this iste’s hard work you would have no subs. Just be grateful you are getting any subtitles at all instead of complaining it isn’t fast enough for you.

  6. Definitely my favorite story arch and fighting sequence when our leads finally work together. The first battle between the 2 were nicely done too (although MQ was basically only defending).

    Seems, weak for Zhao Yao, as our Pavilion Master is, he was praying over her body? Praying to gather her soul? It looked like he thought he’d succeeded (which he probably had)
    Man, he has some funny virginal kink for her. I guess that abduction and her eating THAT apple, made him very uncomfortable, inside that billowing man-dress lol
    Qian Xian, you dirty puritan!

    But the super cool thing, ‘something’ literally ‘biggy-backed’ a ride, from the nether, by way of Zhao Yao’s spirit! Something so dark and demonic, it’s made flesh out of death! (This is SO Buffy, resurrection brings nasty consequences, like something dark ‘hitchin a ride.’)
    I am so happy with this drama!
